All cookies come individually wrapped and tied with matching ribbon. You can choose your theme and colors of cookies. The cookies can be personalized
any way you like.
We ask that all orders be placed as soon as possible so we can prepare and send the cookies off on time.
We need at least 5 days notice for local and inter-island orders, 12 - 14 days for mainland orders and 20 days for international and 20-30 days for military
overseas orders. Just to insure your cookies arrive in time.
1 – Cookies need to be paid in full before shipping. If paying by check we will not ship your order until your check has cleared. Out of the state of Hawaii,
checks take 3 – 5 business days to clear. But now we offer an online store below and you can pay through paypal for fast and secure payment.
-Any check that is returned will be subject to a $25 return fee and then must be paid for by money order or certified check. Your order will not be shipped if
your check is returned.
2 – If ordering cookies around the holidays be sure to give yourself and us plenty of time to get the order processed and shipped. We can not be
responsible for any late deliveries. If personalizing your cookies be sure to check any spellings of names or dates.
3 - There is no refund on cookie orders.
4- For outer island, US orders and AOP/FPO orders we ship Priority Flat Rate Boxes For International Orders, the prices and box size will depend on size of
order. Before paying for your order please contact us for shipping prices.
5 – We take every effort to ensure the safety of our cookies. We wrap them individually and box them tight with tissue paper. These are then put into our
shipping boxes with lots of bubble wrap and paper. However, we can not be held accountable for any damage made by the post office.
