Cookies make great favors for any event. We make all kinds of cookies. We carry over 200 cutters
and we make our own. So if you want something different we can make it. Just ask!!

It is not just for kids. This was for an office holiday party. They decorated our gingerbread
snowflakes cookies. This event took place at the Halekulani over the holiday season.

Cookie Shipping Policy
You can choose whatever theme you like, colors and even writing to personalize the cookies. We will send the cookies in bulk or wrap
and tie individually with coordinating ribbons. We will add a card for you inside with a personal message. We can also add personalized
tags to each cookie.
We ask that all orders be placed as soon as possible so we can prepare and send the cookies off on time.
We need at least 5 days notice for local and inter-island orders, 12 - 14 days for mainland orders and 20 days for international and 20-
30 days for military overseas orders.
1 – Cookies need to be paid in full before shipping. If paying by check we will not ship your order until your check has cleared. Out of the
state of Hawaii, checks take 3 – 5 business days to clear.
2 – If ordering cookies around the holidays be sure to give yourself and us plenty of time to get the order processed and shipped. We can
not be responsible for any late deliveries.
3 - Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed contract and payment in full
Any check that is returned will be subject to a $25 return fee and then must be paid for by money order or certified check. Your order will
not be shipped if your check is returned.
4 - There is no refund on orders canceled within 7 days of shipping date.
5 – We take every effort to ensure the safety of our cookies. We wrap them individually and box them tight with tissue paper. These are
then put into our shipping boxes with lots of bubble wrap and paper. However, we can not be held accountable for any damage made by
the post office.
6 – Most of our packages are sent out in flat rate priority mail to keep our shipping costs low for you. However, larger orders will be
subject to bigger boxes and higher rates. This will be determined according to your amount of cookies ordered.
