Avocado Cake - Cake made with fresh Hawaiian ripe avocados and layered with a

Black Forest Cake - Moist Chocolate Cake layered with Cherry Jam , Fresh Cherries
and light vanilla cream.
Italian Rum Cake - Vanilla sponge cake soaked in a rum syrup and layered with
chocolate and vanilla cram and covered with a vanilla buttercream. This is like no
other you will find in Hawai'i! This is my absolute favorite cake!
Strawberry Shortcake - layered with vanilla buttercream, Hawaiian Strawberry
Jam and fresh Big Island strawberries
Strawberry Guava Cake - guava cake layered with fresh Big Island strawberries,
Hawaiian strawberry guava jam and vanilla buttercream.

We have a lot of flavors to offer each with something unique so take your time and look
through our list. All of our cake are made to order. We do not use boxed mixes or
preservatives. We try to support our local farmers here in Hawai'i so most of our fruit is
local and we grow our own herbs in our garden. We also use 100% Hawai'i coffee and
chocolate.
